Brigham Young University of Jerusalem
I spent every Saturday ("Shabbat" is on Saturdays in Jerusalem) on the BYU campus for church, linger longers, and firesides. Every Tuesday the center held a concert of local artists and I often went to those as well. Mondays I also attended FHE, and occasionally I would be able to attend a few ward/BYUJ activities there. Security at the entrance is also strict. My first week in Jerusalem I walked there from my dorm (about a 30 minute walk) and security would not let me in but told me when church was. As you'll see in the pictures below, sacrament meetings and concerts where incredible to attend. There's nothing like learning about the Savior with a backdrop of the old city right in front of your eyes. The campus is absolutely beautiful and is a place where the Spirit of the Lord is felt. This picture here was taken right before I left the Holy Land. Notice that on the hill right below are a group of sheep. It instantly reminded me of what Christ once said to Peter - to "Feed my sheep."
